Introduction I'm Jessica, a 22 year old university student. I've had more than a ten year struggle with my weight and I was more than 200lbs from age 11 until I was 20. After hitting about 240lbs (again) when I was 20 I knew that it was time to shed the weight. I started going to the gym for 15 minutes three times a week, slowly increasing to 30 minutes and then an hour. In a couple months I was down more than 40 pounds and in six months I weighed in at 170lbs. Now I weigh around 137 and at 5'6 that is in the healthy range. I am still not comfortable with my body or myself and I would like to lose 10-15lbs more in a healthy way!
