Introduction	Andrew works with schools, districts, and state and national education agencies in the areas of curriculum and instruction, technology planning, staff development, and distance learning program implementation. He specializes in working with technology and eLearning solutions for underserved areas, especially in rural and remote areas with little or no access to modern infrastructure and services. He was also the associate director of the U.S. Department of Education program, the Pacific Regional Technology Education Consortium (PRTEC), as well as a university instructor and instructional design and technology coordinator.
