| Introduction | I am a lecturer Facility Management at the NHTV. I studied Facility Management and Human Resource Management at different institutes, in Rotterdam, The Netherlands. Currently I am studying for my masters in science in the field of Sociology: Labour, Organisation and Management. I have worked as a facility manager, facility consultant, human resource manager, change manager, trainer and coach for several companies. Before I started working for the Facility Academy at the NHTV University, I was a freelance consultant. |
