About me

Introduction	My name is Lilia Fantozzi and I currently work as a Marketing Associate in the marketing department of Halloran & Sage LLP, a law firm in Hartford, CT. My responsibilities include writing request for proposals, event management and website design. Prior to this, I worked for a non-profit member organization where my duties included fundraising, grant writing, membership retention and advertising. I graduated from the University of Connecticut with an undergraduate degree in communications and journalism. I am very excited for this course and its ability to further develop my effectiveness in organizational communication and its ever increasing reliance on electronic communication. This has been a busy year for me. I started the WNEC MBA program this past spring and also gave birth to my first child in June. Looking forward to the challenge of both!
