Introduction	Well adjusted cake decorator/homemaker of two beautiful children, ages 7 and 4, on hiatus from my life as an Interior Designer until both kids are in school full time. I teach Wilton Method cake decorating classes, and I'm on too many committees to count, heh heh. They all keep me busy busy busy. Looking forward to another year of excitement in our lives and with River City Treats.
Interests	Teach cake decorating with icings, fondant and gum paste. I am also currently trying to expand my cake decor outside of my friends and family, where will it take me? Volunteering, to paint, design and make hair bows for my daughter, bake, cake decorate - wait a minute those last two I'm sure you are already quite aware, do anything crafty that saves money!

Favorite books	I'm back to good ole Frank McCourt, its even more interesting since his untimely demise :o( It still sits collecting dust - I think I'm done wih scary - too much scary in our world these days.
