About me

Introduction	I have been teaching second grade at St. Malachy for 33 years. I received my degree in elementary education and learning disabilities from Northwest Missouri State University. I also received my reading endorsement from NWMSU. Outside of teaching I enjoy spending time with my husband Nick, my son Noah and his wife Mercedes, who live and work in Des Moines, and my son Gavin, a sophomore in high school. I also enjoy gardening and baking.
