| Introduction | My interest in Japan began through business back in 2003. Since then I have travelled widely throughout the Far East and more specifically Japan. My interest was further sparked by discovering the enormous influence UK had on Japan's development in the nineteenth and early twentieth centuries, in particular the Scotsman Thomas Blake Glover to whom I shall make further reference in my blog. |
