Introduction	As a medical oncologist, I have been concerned with the direction of healthcare and the status of our country's nutrition since the 1980's. I founded Natures Express in response to our inability to alter the disturbing trends. Our first healthier fast food restaurant opened in Yuma, Arizona, in January of 2008 to make better food choices more convenient. This blog, like our restaurants, aims to promote better lives and a better world through better food choices.
