| Introduction | After almost thirty years of toiling and sweating, making other rich, my wife and I decided that it was time to call it a day and make some drastic changes in our lives. We bought our first property to rent out. It was, at the time, a huge step for us, and because we had no mentor, nor any other kind of guidance, except for what we read in books, we were a little nervous, to put it mildly. However, today we look back and we are now reaping the fruit of that, compared to where we are now, very first baby step we took a few years ago. We now have several properties, generating a constant, reliable and generous passive income, and we are looking forward to our carefree retirement in the not so distant future. The idea of writing a book on the subject has been a dream for quite some time. A friend of mine, Colin Immelman, who I might add, has been following the exact same guidelines I have, helped me put my ideas on ‘paper’ so to speak, and the e book was born. We are now hoping to assist and guide others who are also still hesitant or unsure of how to go about generating a passive income by investing in property. |
