| Introduction | Pianist, choir member, music director, secretary, speaker, Bible teacher, writer, custodian, correspondent with the state Baptist paper…What hasn't Drewe Llyn done since saying, "I do" to her pastor-husband twenty-three years ago? "I've done a little of everything," she confesses with a laugh. She and her family (including three children now ages 20, 17, and 13) also served two years as missionaries in a Muslim part of Europe. "That was the most challenging time of my life," Drewe Llyn says, "but it was also a time of great spiritual growth for me and our family." Currently this stay-at-home mom is part-time church secretary, worship leader, and teaches the Adult 1 Sunday School class. She will soon complete her 13th year of homeschooling. She sees her roles as Mom and Pastor's Wife as ministries in their own right. She longs to one day hear, "Well done my good and faithful servant." |
