| Introduction | I live in West Seattle with my family. Crossing the bridge daily, during peak commuter times, is insanity -- it feels like "Ground Hog Day" but without the humor. The bridge situation is totally F-ed up. I started this blog to provide a forum where fellow bridge commuters can share ideas (and frustrations, do's / don'ts, some laughs) about this crazy waste of time we spend on the bridge. Sometimes it helps just knowing there are others who understand exactly what you're talking about. I am sure we will cross paths on the bridge. Or more likely, we'll be stuck in traffic together. My daughter and I like to wave kindly to our "bridge buddies" as I fondly refer to you -- and I usually say "Good morning, Bridge Buddies! So nice to see you all again today!". But I'm rather being sarcastic because I do not really enjoy seeing all of you -- at least not at the same time. Too crowded for all of us to party on the bridge together. |
