Oscillate my metallic sonatas with your plan for the Panama canal:
Strangely that is not a question, obviously, with the absence of a question mark. Oscillate is to swing back and forth like a pendulum does. I wouldn't nessacarilly describe music as metallic, unless it was a robot. I"m sure that my plan for the Panama Canal will swing your robotic-sounding music.
