Introduction	My name is Andrew, IT technician during the day, father by night, and I guess "weekend warrior" at the weekend. Having just turned 30 I felt I needed a challenge as just normal running or going to the gym wasnt really cutting the mustard any more. I did a few of the Mens Health - Survival of the fittest races which I enjoyed but still kept thinking of what could else I could do that would push me so I looked up triathlon and saw the IRONMAN in Kona, Hawaii....then I was hooked. So now I am working up to a full IRONMAN distance triathlon :-) Why Glass man you ask?....well I have legs that are prone to getting injured just like fragile glass, if i get to Ironman without a serious injury ill be happy!
