Introduction	I'm passionate about food but also about eating healthily having lost 4 .5 stone/62lbs - the majority of it with WeightWatchers. I know I will never put the weight back on as I have found ways to still enjoy food without gaining weight. I want to share my passion for low-fat, beautiful, tasty simple food with anyone who will listen! As I live this plan on a daily basis, I will also share with you my solutions to some of the problems I come across, plus useful hints and tips on essential kitchen equipment and store cupboard ingredients to help you on your own healthy eating quest.
