| Introduction | I’m Jojo, I'm 40 and live in Norbury, London. Married to Paul for 12 years, together 22, TTC 10 years. ET: Jan ‘13 - 5 blasts, 1 transferred - BFN. FET: May ‘13 - 4 embies defrosted, 2 died, 2 transferred - BFN Fresh cycle: Mar’ 2014 @ The Lister, Incorrect protocol due to misdiagnosis. All 6 embies died - 2 transferred that were behind - BFN. 2015 - new consultant Anil Gudi. Diagnosed as PCO and high prob of immune issues. Personalised protocol. EC: July ‘15 - OHSS. Froze 3 top quality day 3 embryos. ET: 26 Sept ‘2015 - x2 embryos - BFP (v low hCG). Miscarriage 2 Nov ’15. FET cycle: transfer last embryo under sedation - 26 Feb’ 2016. Strong BFP. Miscarriage 30 Mar’16 - 7w3d. Chemical pregnancy - Sept’ 16. Fibroid removal op - May 2017 on the NHS (with Mr Gudi). I destroyed the fibroid using castor oil therapy! Double EC cycle, karotyoe & genetic testing in 2017. EC 03 & 05 '17, 30 eggs retrieved, 21 mature & frozen. Karotype test result = balanced reciprocal translocation - chromosomes 10;19 13 eggs fertilised 05/07/16, 8-top grade blasts. July '18 NGS, PGD & BT testing - all embies aneuploide - can’t have biological child - time to give up. |
