| Introduction | I am very lucky because my work is also my play. As a Triathlon coach and Exercise Scientist, I spend most of my day working with, talking about, reading about or doing activities related to Endurance Sports in one form or another. I was born in Johannesburg, South Africa, and have been living in Vancouver for the last 4 years with my wife. |
