Unlike a dog, how can a turtle ever be naked?
Welllll, you see the turtle has this nifty device known as a shell. The crafty turtle is fully capable of bringing every millimeter of every extremity inside said shell. I would say the turtle is naked when it bravely pokes a nose or a tale outside the protection of its hardback.
