Which is more important to you and why: flexibility or expandability?
Expandability! coz we are ever growing and developing to expand furthur beyond needs flexibility also...expand my knowledge and thinking process. Flexibility is stagnant. BUt if it's body weight issue we're talking about...I'll go with flexibility...Expand...hmmm well don't want to expand my body! heheh
