Introduction	I suffer with long term depression, with bipolar tendencies, along with agoraphobia, which can be disabling. I used to self harm on a regular basis but all of that's behind me now I'm happily married. I write poetry, usually when I'm feeling down, it seems to flow better than when I'm on a high. Life hasn't always been easy but I'm learning to take the rough with the smooth & mostly life is good.
