| Introduction | CPS is a for profit corporation. Which brings new meaning to 'OREGON'S CHILD IS EVERYBODY'S *BUSINESS'. Then it is not anybody's business anymore after CPS gets them in custody calling it Privacy. And they are not licensed Attorney's but are listed as Counsel on court documents. |
| Interests | RULE 53 REFORM, Judges are not supposed to make MOTIONS but did in my case to allow an automatic continuance on the criminal matter. (TIED TO THE WHIPPING POST) then the prosecutor dismisses the case after CPS got what they wanted. So, my complaint is never heard. So, technically I'm still TIED TO THE WHIPPING POST with the use of RULE 53 and that is a preset disposition at the JUDICIAL SEAT. |
