| Introduction | My Art tells a story and expresses my feelings using the creative process as a tool for healing, transformation and self discovery. Hence, the term Walking thru Fire. It became an invaluable tool in dealing with a Life-threatening illness. I have created Art as part of the grieving process when losing a loved one. In addition, to using Art as a tool to help me navigate through challenging health issues. Art has become an important vehicle of self-expression for not only challenging aspects of Life, but has been a journey of Courage, Self-Discovery and in the end a Celebration of Life and all that it has to offer and teach. Art heals and it can even sometimes save a life. |
