Introduction	Emily Davis has been working in the non-profit sector as a staff member, consultant, founder, board member, and volunteer for over 15 years. She currently serves as the Executive Director of the Hemophilia Society of Colorado. She trains and consults on a number of different areas including board development, online communications, multi-generational philanthropy, and fundraising. She has served as the Secretary of Denver YNPN and the Founder and Board Chair for YNPN San Diego. She is currently authoring an AFP publication on Fundraising and the Next Generation.
