Introduction	On December 31st, 2005 I was suckered into doing my first ever triathlon. A new year's resolution and idea planted by two friends who didn't then know what they would create. One race led to the next, with each one proving I was more capable than I gave myself credit. With each challenge I stepped up to, I crossed a finish line with more confidence and determination to go one step further. It is now 2009 and my decision 3 years ago has lead me to the biggest challenge yet, Ironman. 140.6 miles of "prove to me you can do this". And I will.
