| Introduction | Thank you for stopping by for a visit. My name is Kathryn Cain and I fell into this world of vintage,antiques and a redo of past treasures through a kalamity of sorts. I am one of many who in 2008 lost their job.One door closed another open'd. I worked retail 38yrs lots of hours and time away from family.Most in management,so stress and hours. Now I set my schedule and have my priorities right. Family First.My marv'y hubby of 38yrs,2 sons plus grandkids who are my delights. My creative talent that allows me to earn some income and has given me a outlet for my twist of out of the box creativity. MY GOAL is save one more piece from the landfill and give then a second chance to make someone happy. | Interests | I love hiking but it needs to be in mountains,I love reading and a mix of mystery tied to history and religion is my go to. I am a artistic person in that I can draw,do pastels,and pen and ink with a better then amateur rating. I love collecting rocks and the joke is rocks around the house -in the house -and rocks in my head, My other interests are saving someone elses trash and turning it into a treasure.My ond bad habit is I can not spell and I type the way I think sometimes....and it can be a bit of a calamity |
