| Introduction | My husband Jerry and I have been married almost 3 years. We're both in education; Jerry's a vocational transition teacher at Weatherford HS, and I am an interpreter for the deaf at Stevens MS (Crowley). Jerry was diagnosed with stage iv bladder cancer at the end of May, '07, This has been a long roller coaster year full of ups and downs. I have been the only caretaker, in addition to working full time. It's exhausting. |
