| Introduction | My name is Lacey, and this blog is about my adventures in gaining better health. I have many medical situations and disabilities, so it is difficult for me to lose weight. However, I have been working hard and eating healthy, and I have had some success in sizing down and gaining improved health. It is important to be accountable to others in order to maintain and improve my goals, so I am writing this blog to (hopefully) gain support from readers, and be some inspiration to people with similar goals.
