| Interests | I am happily married. My husband and I dated for twelve years before we married. For various periods during those twelve years, we dated long distance. Our phone bills were huge. There were no cell phones or free long distance when we started our courtship. We funded the retirement of many an AT&T employee. We had a cat. He had six toes. He died after 15 yrs. It sucked. We have a dog. We adopted her on St. Patrick's Day. I use to be a lawyer. I wish I had become a dolphin trainer. I like dolphins. I like knitting too. My aunt taught me to knit years ago, but I forgot. Several years ago she reintroduced me to knitting. I became addicted. My husband does not love this addiction. He also does not love my addiction to romance novels. He thinks I should be addicted to him, or football, or baseball. I like football of the college variety. I went to the University of Miami; I love Hurricane football. I also went to Florida State University; I do not love Seminole Football. I do not, however, feel the hate for it like I do for University of Florida anything, or Notre Dame anything. I like baseball a little. I'd like it a lot more if there was less of it, say like two or three months less. Politics frustrate me. I am neither liberal nor conservative. I am a mixture of both. This frustrates others. My favorite color is green. My favorite number is five. |
