| Introduction | I am a home cook, not a chef. I have been chopping onions and garlic, cooking from scratch and putting food on the table for family and friends for about 50 years. I agree with Slow Food USA that the food we eat should be "good, clean and fair". That said, I am not a food Nazi. We all have enough stress in our lives without worrying about whether every bite we eat is politically correct. We are each at a different place in our food journey. I am here to help you along the way. Eating well is a pleasure we can have every day with really very modest expenditure of time and money.
