| Introduction | I moved to Kenya in January 2007 to serve as a missionary surgeon at Tenwek Hospital. Tenwek is a busy 300 bed hospital in Kenya’s Rift Valley that serves as a surgery referral center for more than 8.5 million people. Tenwek’s motto is “We Treat, Jesus Heals” and I have seen this lived out over and over. I love being able to care for patients in a medical center committed to excellence in Christ-centered, compassionate healthcare, spiritual ministry, and training for service. Tenwek now trains Kenyan interns, Family Medicine residents and Surgery Residents. Thank you for your interest in this ministry. |
