IntroductionTrinity Strength and Conditioning proudly incorporates multiple facets a fitness into a training program. Today, you are at a starting point. No matter where that is, there are three key points to success:
Athleticism
Performance
Drive.

ATHLETICISM First off, you have athletic abilities. You may be clumsy as an oaf, or at the caliber of an elite athlete. Develop this foundation skill set to achieve your fitness goals. Improving technique increases efficiency. This wastes less energy and increases work output.
PERFORMANCE Training specifically to produce the proper adaptations for the imposed demands. This includes developing your strength, power, cardio, and endurance.
DRIVE An individual must have motivation. The consistency of quality in your commitment to excellence brings you to perfection. Your drive can be any goal. Perhaps to tone up, increase your 100 meter dash, increase your bench press, or competitive edge. Success comes from doing little things well and little things often. Miracles do not happen over night. Success is a choice, not a chance.
