Introduction	I have always loved good wine. I came to age when Bordeaux's were cheap and good. Since 2005 I have worked in the wine industry, first in retail but since 2009 for a great wine distributer in Massachusetts. Life has gotten to be real expensive so going out all the time is out of the question. Plus too many time have I gone out and thought I could make this better at home. Now I love to cook at home for my wife. We consider ourselves foodies. We have gone out and bought the best kitchen supplies, spices, oils and vinegars we can afford. I start in the dirt next to my bedroom window. That way I can hide what I am doing and get back to bed so fast.
