Introduction	I am a certified personal trainer through NASM in Chantilly, VA. After I graduated from college in 2008 at George Mason University, I decided to teach English abroad. I taught in central Mexico for five months before I changed careers. I train for Olympic-distance triathlons and I enjoy the multi-sport lifestyle. I train every day and I live and breath a healthy lifestyle. Living healthy and being strong is just a way of life.
