| Introduction | In January of 2010, we allowed our oldest daughter to convince us how much fun it would be to offer our extra veggies for sale at the North Grand Farmers Market. She was right it was a lot of fun...but she forgot to mention how much work!! We grow a variety of veggies starting with lettuce, beets, asparagus and more in the spring, moving to heirloom tomatoes, summer squash, and fresh herbs as the summer days grow longer, and ending with sweet potatoes and fall greens as the day length shortens. In October of 2010, as veggies started to dwindle we decided to add Pappardelle's Pasta to our offerings. Gourmet Pasta and fresh veggies, what could be more fun..and delicious. |
