| Introduction | I was obese for almost my entire life. When I found Beachbody in January 2011 my life changed forever. Now a little over a year later I have lost over 100lbs ;as such I have become a Beachbody coach in order to spread the good health and happiness that accompanies finding fitness and learning to enjoy yourself while being healthier. I want to show others how to change their lives for the better, take charge of their own destinies and make finding fitness fun and exciting for anyone!
