Well, maybe they don't need them, but don't you think that some fish might like a bicycle?
It's not so much a question if fish would like a bicycle, but if they should have them and the answer is no. If fish can develop the ability to ride a bike, then what's to stop them from driving cars, scooters and skateboards? They would take over the world, and the human race can't have that happening.
