Introduction | I'm a social cognitive neuroscientist using fMRI to understand the social mind. I'm in the processing of writing a book titled "How the brain got a social network: Evolution's bet on making us care, connect, and control our impulses" for Crowne Press. In the process, I have come across lots of cool tangents that are really interesting but don't belong in the book. Some of those stories will end up here. I also tend to advocate for more of a 'middle path' when it comes to methodological and statistical issues in psychology and fMRI research. |
