| Introduction | I am a part time baker and cake decorator at Costco. These are cakes that I do in my free time out of my home in Oakville/St.Louis, MO. I am a graduate of St. Louis Community College at Forest Park with an A.A.S in Baking and Pastry Arts. My love for baking began when I was around 8 years old. For as long as I can remember, all I ever wanted to be was a cake decorator. My goal is to make my sweets look just as scrumptious as they taste. I have learned much in the past several years through working in several different bakery atmoshpheres: from independently owned to corporate. I am a work in progress... and constantly learning.
