Presently working on a book, Basking in Solitude, she is principal of the Minneapolis-based writing and consulting firm Kittridge Communications, author of Get Results with Practical PR (Paget Press, 1993), and one of the founding mothers of Algonquin Hotdish, an informal organization of Minnesota artists/writers/designers/photographers. She lives in Minneapolis with her two ill-behaved cats, George and Gracie. George thinks his real name is "Dammit, George, you little sh*t, get DOWN."
