Introduction	I am the instructor for the class. I have been actively involved in e-commerce since 1997. I own www.screenstyle.com, www.travellinguist.com, and manage the e-commerce operations for at least 6 other sites. I've done quite a bit of consulting in the areas of search engine advertising, website usability, and analytics. I have worked and travelled throughout over 50 countries in my life. I lived for almost 4 years in the Philippines and London in the early 90s. I grew up in Iowa and Minnesota and have lived in New York City for 5 years.
