Why don't you ever wear a scarf? It doesn't need to be cold outside for your neck to feel naked.
Scarfs can choke you if someone accidentally gets their hand wrapped around it and I'm not really ready to die yet! Plus they make your throat feel hot and sometimes itchy! They are just not for me!
