| Introduction | I am a senior from Portland State University, studying the science of Sociology and Cultures! In my work I have emphasized a study of Sub-cultures, specifically studing with and among the homeless youth of Portland. Here, I was able to learn and appreciate many new values and beliefs that were very unique, and yet I learned held many similarites, to my own. Now, I head to South America where I hope to learn entirely new customs and values, and to make friends that are from an entire half-planet apart from my own home. ¡Te hablo pronto! |
