| Introduction | I stay very busy in the management of Evan's and Rachel's food allergies and all that is required to ensure Evan's safety as he grows up and begins to venture out into the world. I love creative hobbies. I dabble in sewing, knitting, scrapbooking, and photography. I wish I dabbled more in painting. Cooking. Because of my family's unique dietary restrictions I am limited in what I can cook. However, it is a fun challenge trying to finesse favorite recipes into allergen-free dishes. |
