Introduction	Greetings good reader, I'm Mark. Please allow myself to introduce...myself.
Favorite movies	I grew up in Alaska, but I went to art school in Portland, Oregon, USA. That was in 1991. Craft beer was such a part of the local culture that I just took it for granted. Beer = craft beer, instead of craft beer = great beer. I mean, there was yellow beer around, for sure, but basically in Portland, you drank micros, and if you drank yellow beers you were kinda clueless. In 1998 I decided it was time to get out there and see the world, earn my fortune, and try to make something of myself. I'd heard cool things about Japan, so I strapped on my Nikes and Just Did It. One day in 2009 I was at work doing my usual tooling around the Internet, and I ran across a little How-to Wiki on home brewing. Funny it had never crossed my mind until then that I too, would like to try that. But when it did it was just like somebody flipped on a switch-Zap. Pow. I'm a home brewer! I got the bug. I hope you enjoy browsing my blog. At the least I hope to entertain you, if not enlighten you, or even help light the spark to your brewing burner.
