Introduction	I am a teacher in the East End of Bridgeport Connecticut. If you have never been here, I know that you might be thinking, "Great area!" But it is not. The students I teach come from broken homes, they come from families that migrated to the United States in the past decade or so, and majority of them live in low-income housing. My Students inspire me, challenge me, and teach me to be more patient every day on the job. I teach to change their lives, I teach because I was called to, I teach because I love my kids, and they love me back.
