| Introduction | Hi, my name is Pip Ros. I am a woman, born in the good year 1974. I live in a little country village near the sea. I’m Frisian in heart and soul. My house is my nest. It is more then 200 years old. I like to fill it with vintage stuff. Today I discovered the word Saudade. “A vague and constant desire for something that does not and probably cannot exist ... a turning towards the past or towards the future". I love it. |
| Interests | I like perpetual & hot baths and I do have a weakness for words and sentences, especially the unusual, beautiful and sometimes provocative, ramming ones. I ♥ to debus, muse, fantasize, day- & nightdream, stimulate my senses, romanticize, rummage, collect and build little nests (Oo..like you thou fabulous bowerbird..). I have a (sometimes too) grand interest for the past + departed and decayed matter. I am fond of cheese, bitter chocolate, salty liquorice and red wine. I like real people and am always curious about the accompanying insides and motivations. I am a little harsh, sober, serious but full of emotions and (really!) also have a petit sense of humor ;) I have a big aversion to flattery, arrogance, complacency and insincerity. In conclusion: I'm damn proud to be old fashioned! |
