| Introduction | Mark is the founder and chief encouragement officer of Victory Productions. The Denver-based company's mission is to encourage others to achieve goals and overcome challenges. We focus on promoting, encouraging and connecting our clients. Victory works in five areas: small businesses, non profits, schools, athletic departments and men/families. In addition, based upon life experiences and inspired by great mentors, McIntosh is a dynamic motivational speaker/author and offers a Daily Dose of encouragement, weekly Pep Talk newsletter, presents live Pep Talk experiences, writes books and provides products designed to encourage others, despite life’s unexpected and unwanted challenges, to rise above adversity. Finally, the proud father of two, co-hosts a weekday sports talk show on Denver’s Mile High Sports Radio. The long-time Mile High City television personality also free-lances on business development projects with CBS4-TV, where the Missouri native began his Denver sportscasting career in 1988. |
