| Introduction | Working as a fashion marketing/sales executive I get the question every day "What's your secret?". I created this blog to let you know about my favorite beauty products, natural supplements, health/vegan foods, lifestyle suggestions, mixed in with some culture and some spirituality. I'm a raw vegan/sober health nut. After years of self destruction I simply decided to get it together and start treating my body as a temple. You don't have to be vegan or sober to get me and pick up my suggestions. I believe in bio individuality, but with the knowledge out there, there is no excuse to live an unhealthy life and destroy our planet. |
