| Introduction | I've lived in Lancashire since 1990 but when we got a dog in summer 2006 I realised I had no idea where to take him for a good run about. A quick search of the Internet gave me a few ideas but I thought it would be nice to record some dog walks around Preston and Lancashire so we could look back and remember the days out and perhaps build up a record of places to go which others could find useful. If you are having a look through the site I hope you find it useful and, like me, discover a whole new world of footpaths and bridleways, some within spitting distance of the centre of Preston.
