IntroductionMy search for truth has led me to agree with many of the basic tenets of classical liberalism; free-market capitalism, individual social freedom, constitutionally limited government and peace. A Post 911 War on Radical Islamists is not sustainable. I initially supported both of the Afganistan and Iraq invasions. But, my general distrust for government has extended to its most important duty, self-defense. It's not the fault of our armed forces but rather the American people and their elected representatives. We should, therefore, disengage militarily from the world and announce why; to determine, once and for all, if the projection of U.S. power in the world is the problem. If our unilateral peace offensive ultimately doesn't work and Liberalism is threatened by a global facist threat, be it religious or secular, the American people will be justifed to use whatever force is necessary to insure that the universal value of individual liberty survives on this earth.
