Introduction	Shine is the creation from Indie outfit N3M Northern Music. It all came about when a one off Leeds event, Shine took off at Bar Seven, October 2011. On the bill were variations of Old School DJ's such as DJ Sy, Mark Holliday & Mark Alexander alongside a Live PA from K-Klass. The current room Pre Party featured Leeds finest Indie Electro bands including Bridewell Taxis frontman Mick Roberts Project ft Kelly Dickson, Black Diamond Bay, Utah Saints Keith Langley's outfit Bang Bang Romeo & Remember The Hurricanes (The Dharma). While Mark Alexander spun his Alternative Indie sounds. The After Party showcased Deep/Tech House Record Labels, Friends Electric, 3am Recordings & Retweak. Demand was high & 650 people came as expected but few were turned away due to venue size. Realisation kicked in & the wheels were in motion for more at a bigger venue, Baby D on New Years Eve. Word spread fast about these nights, the name stuck a brand was born. The title however came from jiggling a few words around, Sunrise the 80's illegal rave into Sunshine shortened to Shine, along with the Amos track played by founder Micky Reilly called 'Let Love Shine'.
